Urban Community Initiative Expo Chicago Vendor Information
The event will run from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Vendors can begin set up at 7:00 am. Breakdown begins at 10:00 pm.
Set up placement is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area as they found it.
We reserve the right to censor any products or signage during the event.
Vendors will be provided one (1) six-foot table and one (1) black table cloth.
Pricing:
Deposit $100.00 per table or Full Payment of $200 per table.
Deposit $150.00 per booth or Full Payment of $300 per booth.
Electricity is $100.00 extra per vendor.
The deposit is due by May 30th, 2022 to secure a table or booth. The final payment is due by July 31st, 2022.
An in-person or over-the-phone meeting to sign contracts will be scheduled upon receipt of the deposit.
